The
warranty on your transmission will be issued once the cooperative effort
between both parties insuring proper installation, setup, initial
startup, test drive and any adjustments that may be required are met and
are satisfactory to the staff at Best Transmission Shop. At that
time our one year unlimited mileage warranty on all defective parts or
workmanship will begin. This policy also allows the customer time
for projects to be finished or what ever time is needed for
installation. This warranty will not be issued until the affore
mentioned process is completed. No need to rush!
If the
transmission is damaged prior to the final approval, this damage will
not be covered by any warranty, NO EXCEPTIONS!
All
warranty repair work must be performed at Best Transmission Shop in
Leadville, Colorado and is the owner's sole responsibility to return the
transmission and any related parts or if in the vicinity, the vehicle to
our Leadville facility and take care of any costs incurred. This
will hold true for warranty, adjustments or repair work.
Neglect,
abuse, overheating, lack of maintenance, conuerter lockup failure, or
burned fluid related problems fall outside the warranty guidelines and
will not be honored, but can be easily prevented, controlled or
monitored by the operator.
I agree to
inspect or have inspected by qualified personnel, the merchandise when
it arrives and immediately notify the shopping company of any damage or
missing parts. I also understand the shipping company is
responsible for any damage incurred during transit. I understand
it is my responsibility to file a damage claim with the shipping company
if this misfortune occurs.
An
information packet will be enclosed in the shipping crate. It will
contain all necessary information concerning the warranty process,
installation process, wiring schematics, checklist and warranty sheet.
I agree to read all of the information in this packet prior to starting
installation of the transmission and failing to do so will void any
warranty on this transmission and on it's accessories. In the
event of an authorized third party installation it will be my
responsibility to make sure the party is qualified and it also will be
my responsibility to over see this work and fully accept responsibility
for the outcome. It has been made clear that the process
concerning installation and cooperation is very essential and the
guidelines bust be strictly followed or the warranty will be void and
never issued, and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to
clarify any misunderstanding that may arise during this process.
Any legal
disputes related in any way, whether directly or indirectly to the
purchase of this transmission, must be first addressed to Best
Transmission Shop, then to the county court of Lake County Colorado
80461.
